The Society for Advancing Chicano/Hispanic and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) hosts an annual conference called the National Diversity in STEM (NDiSTEM) conference, which is the largest multidisciplinary and multicultural STEM diversity event in the country. César traveled to Phoenix, AZ to attend the conference and to contribute to the professional development of the attendees through judging posters and attending the networking lunches.
